3. Submit the application



4. The application fee to become a distributor is $99 plus tax which entitles you to:
• Receive the System For Success CD.
• Buy products at a discounted wholesale price.
• Receive the WIN Today quarterly magazine.
• Receive the weekly WINner's Update Online newsletter.
• Activate a WIN supplied web site to send your retail customers to so they can purchase product from you.


5. Choose if you prefer a Fast Track Pak. The Fast Track Paks are a great way to purchase some of your favorite products at very little cost. This great offer is an option when anyone starts a new distributorship. The Fast Track Pak is $169 plus tax and includes the items above and three products with a $175 value. You get to choose from the following:
   • 1 - BioLean II box, 1 - Winrgy box, and 1 - Food For Thought box

6. After this you are required to print the completed on-line application and sign it.



7. Make a copy of the signed and completed application for your records.



8. You then must mail or courier us the original signed application along with a voided check or savings deposit slip to:

9. We will then sign the application and forward it to WIN.
